Gift Certificate Policy:
Gift certificates do not expire. To redeem a gift certificate, the original certificate must be presented at time of appointment.
Bella Mia is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Gift certificates cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed for cash. However, they may be transferred to another person or redeemed for other products or services of equal cash value to the certificate. Gift certificates may be partially redeemed at separate appointments. Any remaining balance will be returned to the client until the gift certificate is fully redeemed.
